Annual

The Elixir AI Outlook publishes annually. The 2026 edition covers where enterprise AI is stalling.

Original

Every research output is primary research from Elixir's own survey and deployment data.

Elixir's research comes from two sources: structured enterprise leader surveys across the Gulf, India, and North America, and primary analysis of production AI deployment data across Elixir's own client base. The combination gives the research a grounding that analyst-house reports, which rely on secondary data and structured interviews with a small number of reference clients, typically do not have.

The Elixir AI Outlook 2026: Where Enterprise AI Is Stalling and What Separates the Firms That Are Not

After two years of AI investment, most enterprise programmes have not reached production. This report surveys 200 enterprise leaders across the Gulf, India, and global markets to identify the structural differences between organisations generating returns and those still running pilots. The findings confirm five consistent structural decisions. The report is the research backing for the AI-First Manifesto.
