Five operating principles for enterprise AI programmes. Public commitment. Updated annually to reflect what the current production data confirms or revises. The 2026 edition is the inaugural publication.
The Elixir AI Outlook
Annual survey of 200+ enterprise leaders across Gulf, India, and global markets on the state of enterprise AI investment. Tracks production rates, failure patterns, and structural decisions over time. 2026 edition published August 2026. 2027 edition in preparation.
The Industry Benchmarking Report
Annual sector-by-sector analysis of AI production outcomes across Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Procurement. Grounded in Elixir's own Hypercase data and Agentic Operations monthly reports. Tells enterprise leaders where the sector leaders are and what the gap is.
The Agentic Operations Review
Annual review of the state of AI agent operations across Elixir's production deployments. Covers what the 314 agents currently in production are doing, how they are performing against their baselines, and what has been learned from twelve months of Permanent Operations across all five enterprise platforms.
The Signature Roundtable
An annual in-person roundtable for the senior enterprise leaders who appear in the Outlook research. Held in Dubai, Singapore, and Atlanta. Practitioner-led, not panel-format. The conversation that happens when the 200 leaders who answered the survey questions meet the practitioners who analysed the results and deployed the AI the research describes. Invitation only.
