Before the AI programme.
The two-week assessment
that tells you if you are ready
to run one.

Elixir's AI Readiness Assessment covers data foundation, platform readiness, use case prioritisation, and the operating model required to deploy AI at enterprise scale. Two weeks. A named Elixir practitioner. A programme recommendation before any commitment is made.

Before the AI programme. The two-week assessment that tells you if you are ready to run one.

Where agents run today

Four process areas. Agents in production across all of them.

01

Data foundation

Is the enterprise data governed, clean, and accessible? AI agents are only as reliable as the data they consume. Elixir evaluates data quality, master data coverage, and the integration architecture that connects source systems to the AI layer.

Questions answered:

Is the master data governed? Are SAP and Salesforce data in one reachable layer? Can the AI model train on production data safely?

02

Platform readiness

Can the existing SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow environment support agent deployment? API availability, version currency, and BTP extension design are evaluated. The assessment identifies what needs to change in the platform before agents can be deployed reliably.

Questions answered:

Is the SAP version agent-compatible? Is BTP configured? Are the APIs available for the target process?

03

Use case prioritisation

Which use cases have the highest return and the lowest delivery risk? Elixir scores all candidate use cases across four dimensions: business value, data readiness, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints. The output is a prioritised backlog with an ROI model for the top six.

Questions answered:

Which processes are agent-ready today? Which need data preparation first? What is the value of the top six?

04

Operating model

Does the enterprise have the governance, the talent model, and the accountability structure to deploy and run AI after go-live? The assessment evaluates AI governance readiness and recommends the operating model changes required before the programme begins.

Questions answered:

Who owns the AI outcome? Is there a HITL supervisor model? What governance gaps exist?

What you get

Five outputs. Delivered in two weeks.

01 / 05

Week 1

Data readiness report

Current data quality, master data coverage, and the gaps that must close before AI deployment.

Week 1

Platform assessment

SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platform readiness for agent deployment. What needs updating and what does not.

Week 2

Use case backlog

All candidate use cases scored across four dimensions. Top six with ROI model and delivery risk rating.

Week 2

Operating model design

AI governance framework recommendation. HITL supervision model. Ownership and accountability structure.

End of week 2

Programme recommendation

Platform selection, agent scope, delivery sequence, investment range, and outcome metric. The starting point for the programme brief.

How the assessment works

Two weeks. A named Elixir practitioner. No slide deck that could apply to any enterprise.

The AI Readiness Assessment is delivered by a named Elixir AI architect and a sector specialist. It is not a workshop series and it is not a questionnaire. It is a structured two-week engagement with defined outputs at each stage.

Week one covers the data and platform dimensions. The Elixir team reviews the actual SAP, Salesforce, or cloud environment directly. No self-reported information only. Week two covers use case prioritisation and the operating model. The programme recommendation is presented at the end of week two.

No commitment is required before you see the recommendation. The assessment is a fixed-scope engagement with a defined deliverable.

Format

Fixed-scope. Two weeks. Named practitioner.

One Elixir AI architect plus one sector specialist. Delivered remotely or on-site for the workshop sessions.

Input required

Access to the SAP and platform environment

SAP system access for data quality review. Stakeholder availability for use case workshops. Platform architecture documentation.

Outcome

Programme recommendation. No commitment required.

The recommendation is specific to this enterprise. Platform selection, agent scope, investment range, and delivery sequence. Presented at the end of week two.

What happens next

The recommendation becomes the programme brief.

Enterprises that proceed use the assessment outputs directly as the programme initiation document. No redundant discovery phase.

What we think

From the AI readiness practice.

Know if your enterprise is ready. Two
weeks. No commitment before you
see the output.

A named Elixir AI practitioner and sector specialist will review your data foundation, your platform, your use cases, and your operating model. The programme recommendation is yours before any further commitment is made.
