Elixir AI · Public Commitment
Most enterprise AI programmes spend the first year deciding which AI to buy. The firms generating returns spent that year defining what outcome the AI would produce.
The Elixir AI-First Manifesto is five operating principles that govern how Elixir designs, builds, and operates every AI deployment. These are not internal guidelines. They are public commitments. Every engagement runs on them without exception.
5
Operating principles. Applied to every Elixir AI engagement without exception.
90
Days from engagement start to production deployment on the Agentic AI Framework.
314
AI agents currently in production across Elixir client environments. Not pilots.
69
VPRC research patents underpinning the methodology. Owned, not licensed.

Enterprise platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow. AI built inside each one.
The firms generating returns from AI in 2026 built it inside SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. They tied every deployment to a measurable outcome before the build began. And they hired a team to run the agents permanently after go-live. The Elixir AI-First Manifesto codifies these structural differences into five operating principles: two documents that together govern every engagement Elixir runs.
The five principles
Five operating principles. Every engagement. No exceptions.
01/ 05
Outcome before architecture
The outcome is defined and measurable before any technology is selected. Architecture serves the outcome. The outcome does not serve the architecture.
Platform-native, not platform-adjacent
AI inside SAP delivers structurally different outcomes than AI alongside SAP. Every Elixir deployment is built inside the enterprise platform, not deployed as a layer on top of it.
Operate, do not hand over
Go-live is not the end of the engagement. Elixir's Agentic Operations team runs the agents permanently after go-live. The improvement compounds over time. Documentation and handover is not the model.
Governance from the first sprint
Audit trail, explainability, and human override are architecture decisions made in the first sprint. They are not added after go-live. They are not optional in regulated sectors. They are the prerequisite for every build.
The data foundation is the prerequisite
No AI deployment is scoped without confirming the data foundation first. Governed, clean, and accessible enterprise data is the prerequisite for every AI engagement. No exceptions.
Why these principles
What the Elixir AI Outlook 2026 found.
After two years of AI investment, most enterprise programmes have not reached production. The Elixir AI Outlook 2026, which surveyed 200 enterprise leaders across Gulf, India, and global markets, found a structural pattern separating organisations generating returns from those still running pilots.
Organisations generating returns shared four characteristics: they defined the outcome before selecting the technology, they built AI inside their existing enterprise platforms rather than alongside them, they assigned a permanent operations team to run the agents after go-live, and they confirmed their data foundation before any AI was scoped. The AI-First Manifesto is the codification of what those organisations did differently.
The five principles are not aspirational. They are descriptive: of the model that consistently produces production returns and the model that consistently produces pilot results without a production path.
Principle 01 in practice
Healthcare revenue cycle: 37% reduction in claims processing time
The outcome was defined: reduce claim denial cycle from 14 days to under 9: before any technology was selected. That outcome governed every architecture and model decision in the build.
Principle 02 in practice
Procurement: 80% of POs processed without human intervention
SourcifAI and SupplierCollabAI built inside SAP Ariba, not alongside it. The AI reads SAP data, writes SAP records, and syncs SAP POs. Platform-native produces outcomes platform-adjacent cannot.
Principle 03 in practice
Agentic Operations: Elixir operates 314 agents in production post-go-live
Elixir's Agentic Operations team continues running each agent after the engagement formally closes. Monthly outcome reports. SLA-backed performance. The improvement compounds.
Principles 04 and 05
Governance and data: non-negotiable prerequisites
Audit trail, explainability, and human override are designed in from sprint one. The Agentic AI Framework Layer 4 (Governance) and Layer 1 (Data Foundation) operationalise both principles on every build.
Both documents together
The AI-First Manifesto and the Responsible AI Charter.
AI-First Manifesto
How Elixir builds AI
Five operating principles covering outcome definition, platform-native architecture, permanent operations, governance-first design, and data foundation requirements. Applied to every engagement without exception.
- 5 principles
- All engagements
- Public commitment
Responsible AI Charter
How Elixir governs AI
Five commitments covering explainability, human override, bias testing, data sovereignty, and audit trail. Every agent Elixir builds meets all five before it reaches production. Non-negotiable in BFSI, Healthcare, and Public Sector.

Agentic AI Framework
How Elixir deploys AI
Five-layer architecture covering Data Foundation, Model Selection, Agent Orchestration, Governance, and Permanent Operations. VPRC-researched. Applied on every deployment. 90 days to production is the target on every engagement.
